About Juan Chipoco

Juan Chipoco is a highly regarded Peruvian chef, restaurateur, and dedicated philanthropist who has made a significant impact on the culinary scene. He is the founder and owner of CVI.CHE 105 Restaurant Group, which includes several Peruvian restaurant concepts in South Florida. Juan is considered the pioneer of the boom of Peruvian cuisine in the Southeastern United States, receiving multiple awards for his innovative and elevated approach to Peruvian culinary experiences.


About Luis Hoyos

Luis Hoyos is the co-founder and vice president of the CVI.CHE 105 Restaurant Group, where he drives success with a unique blend of architectural expertise and culinary passion. With a background in architecture, Luis has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision from the ground up, contributing to the planning and construction of various locations. In addition to his professional pursuits. Luis is a dedicated philanthropist, supporting organizations that are close to his heart. Amongst his philanthropic endeavors, he has contributed funds to support irritable bowel syndrome research at Nicklaus Children's Hospital and has volunteered at Camillus House cooking and serving food to those in need. Through the Juan Chipoco Foundation, Luis will continue to expand his community involvement to help those in need.


About Lilyan Lam

Lilyan Lam is the Director of Operations at Cvi.che105 Restaurant Group, where she leverages her extensive expertise to oversee day-to-day operations. With a strong administrative background, Lilyan skillfully manages budgeting, event planning, customer service, and time management. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities ensure flawless execution, driving success in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Beyond her role, Lilyan is deeply engaged in supporting the community, actively coordinating volunteer activities since the group's inception. From organizing turkey distributions to feeding the homeless, Lilyan efficiently manages logistics, ensuring the success of these initiatives. Lilyan is committed to advancing the group's mission by continuing to provide her knowledge and expertise to support its ongoing success.
